PL Series Twisted Link Tire Chains Class "S" Chain for smaller passenger vehicles. 3.5mm link size alloy steel chain. While not as simple to install as the Compact Grip, Easy 2 Go, or the Centrax, they are not difficult to put on. Lay out the chain. Drape the chain over the tire ensuring the hooks face outward. Back up your car for a 1/3 turn of the wheel. Connect the hook to the end of the chain on the inner side of the wheel. Use the tightening hook on the outer chain to sinch down and connnect to oposite outer end for tightness. Drive about 1/4 of a mile and retighten. All chains come as a set of two to cover two tires.
