Shipping
All shipping will be paid for by the customer at the time of the purchase. Most orders of the Grip 4x4 and the Olympia Sprints ship by Priority Mail using the convenient flat rate shipping boxes. Most other shipments will go out UPS Standard with an expected arrival time in accordance with the published schedule by UPS. The heaviest chains for equipment use are typically trucked either by UPS or another competitive trucking company. Most shipments will ship either the same day the order is placed or the next business day after the order is placed. Only under rare circumstances will they ship later than that date.
Expedited Overnight Shipping
During snow season, we often recieve phone calls of people requesting the chains be shipped overnight prior to the expected arrival of a storm. Unfortuneatly, there are too many factors that go into accomodating expedited overnight shipping that we have chosen not to accept these types of orders as the liability towards Tire Chain Dealer is more than we are willing to accept.
Returns
Returns of consumer grade chains are accepted for up to 45 days from the date of purchase. Consumer grade chains would include the Grip 4x4, Compact Grip, Olympia Sprints, Easy 2 Go, Centrax, and PL Series chains. The Olympia Sprints are actually a commercial grade chain; nevertheless, I can maintain the 45 day return policy with these chains. All returns must be in an unused and resaleable condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping in the event of a return that is not due to a fittment issue or a defective product. Returns should come direct to our address listed on the contact us page. When you return your chains, please include adequate information for us to know who to credit the sale to. If you are returning equipment chains such as the SuperGreifsteg, Alligator, Bison, 10MM SQ Grader, Skid Steer, or Forklift chains, please contact us first to verify the proper return location and to get confirmation so that we may verify with RUD Chain about thier acceptance of the return. We cannot accept returns of these commercial products unless approved by RUD Chain whose policy is "All sales are AS IS - no returns". If the chains are unused, they will often (but not always) accept the return depending on the circumstances.
